59 clients.
One calm handover.

Onboarding, compliance and marketing, built as one system — so every new client feels organised and personal from the first meeting. Designed and delivered by Jewell Projects through the 3D Process™.

Prepared for Nick Walter · 23 July 2026

Indicative proposal for discussion. Figures are estimates, plus GST, and subject to final scope.

01 — Where you stand

A practice about to double its client base in ten weeks.

59
clients acquired
1 Oct
go-live date
10–15
business days to issue each SOA
~50
clients within 15km of Ballina

Your new clients are mostly retirees, average age 65, near or in retirement. The selling adviser introduces each one personally, so the change feels safe. The onboarding is what makes it stay that way.

02 — The obligation

59 statements of advice. The same one, 59 times.

Every client needs a Statement of Advice within 10–15 business days of meeting them, and every one is expected to be a hold recommendation. Same structure, different data. Done by hand at $300 to $600 plus GST a document, that is up to $35,400 plus GST — and ten weeks of your attention spent on paperwork instead of people.

The work is repeatable. That is the opening — the whole onboarding can be systematised, not hand-cranked, right when the relationships are most fragile.

03 — Why this is worth doing

The real advantage isn't lower fees. It's reassurance.

Lower fees and institutional research are table stakes — every adviser claims them. What compounds is peace of mind, delivered client by client, in a base that is largely within 15km of one town.

A geographically tight base makes referrals a realistic near-term growth lever.

One voice
The person is the product. Every touch reads as Nick — from the first meeting to every email after.
90
The first 90 days
Where reassurance is won or lost, and where this system does its quiet work.
59 calm handovers → word of mouth in one town → a practice that grows by referral, not by chasing.

04 — What we're proposing

Three parts, one system.

01
SOA automation
An adaptive intake form that produces a compliant, templated SOA in minutes rather than days — built from your own sample document, with an AI layer for edits.
02
Client welcome pack
A branded two-to-three page document, generated from the ten questions you already ask, that frames the relationship and gives each client something to refer back to.
03
Marketing engine
Your eDM system, already built and now grounded in the CORE strategy, to hold the relationship after onboarding.

05 — Already in place

The strategy is done. This builds on it.

The CORE strategy for Walter Wealth Advice is already complete and now sits under the eDM system as its source of truth. The onboarding and the welcome pack express the same strategy, so the practice reads as one voice throughout.

01The belief — advice as a trusted conversation, not a transaction.
02The lead client — the pre-retiree in their 50s and 60s, buying confidence, not returns.
03The offer — a two-tier ladder: Investment Advice, then Holistic Financial Planning.
04The voice — warm, candid, grounded. Institutional pedigree without institutional distance.

06 — How it's delivered

Fast and personal now. Owned by a dedicated hire from January.

Now through December 2026 — the sprint
Delivered directly by the Jewell team: Clent Jewell as principal, Liz leading delivery, with our AI systems doing the heavy lifting on SOAs and welcome packs. The ten-week window stays responsive while the systems carry the volume.
From January 2027 — steady state
A dedicated full-time resource takes ownership of ongoing delivery — compliance documents and the marketing engine, embedded in the practice. Covered within the ongoing engagement.

07 — The right comparison

One quarter of paperwork, or an end-to-end system.

Outsourcing the statements of advice to a provider like Atlas runs to $300 to $600 plus GST a document — up to around $35,400 plus GST for the 59. That buys a single quarter of work, and only the SOAs. Nothing before them, nothing after.

What we're proposing is the opposite: an end-to-end solution with a dedicated full-time resource — sales, marketing and operations across the full year, people led with AI at the core. The statements of advice are one small part of it, not the whole job.

The real choice isn't a cheaper SOA. It's a quarter of outsourced paperwork, or a year of the system that runs and grows the practice.
Your investmentConfirmed together once the scope is agreed — what's in, what's outTBC

Conservatively, these 59 clients represent more than $3 million in lifetime value. This is the system built to protect it, compound it, and turn it into the referrals that scale Walter Wealth well beyond this transaction.

We'll shape the scope together first — no surprises.

08 — Timeline

From build, to go-live, to a dedicated owner.

Jul – Sep 2026Build. SOA automation and welcome-pack systems built; strategy and eDM engine activated, alongside the handover from the selling adviser.
1 October 2026Go-live. The 59-client acquisition begins under the Walter Wealth Advice licence.
Oct – mid-Dec 2026The ten-week window. Face-to-face meetings, an SOA within 10–15 business days of each. Delivered by the Jewell team and the automation.
January 2027A dedicated full-time resource takes over steady-state delivery — compliance documents and the marketing engine.

09 — Your side of it

Four things to start.

01A sample SOA (PDF), with the variable fields highlighted, so we can build the template.
02The ten discovery questions you ask every client — the input to the welcome pack.
03A check on Xplan access — whether it can be shared with our resource as it was with Atlas, and any privacy requirements.
04A position on fee disclosure, so the value story can be substantiated in brand and marketing copy.

10 — The Jewell read

Build for reassurance, not for cost.

The first 90 days decide whether 59 clients become a referral engine or a churn risk. Welcome pack first, compliance locked quietly behind it. This system is built to make that window feel organised and personal — because that is the practice's growth engine, not a cost centre to minimise.

Rest assured, you can — for your clients, and for the practice.
Next step

Let's begin.

Send the sample SOA and your ten questions, and we return a first SOA template within a week. Build through August and September, and go live on 1 October.
